Hi, Today I'd love to share with you my second little project for Christmas Crafts 2015. I made six holly leaves with berries. The pattern is self drafted and before I write more about the process, let's take a look at the finished project :) Pattern: Self-drafted, begin from the two rectangle shapes for the leave 1 and 2. Another pattern number 3 is the small square shape for the berry. After I drew the rectangle and square shapes, I drew the rest. As shown in the picture below, Materials: Felt in dark green for the leaves and red for the berries Grey thread to sew the leaves veins and light brown to sew the berries. Some pin and scissor Sewing Process: After I cut all the leaves and berries, I pin the two pieces of leaves and berries together. Hello, As promised in the previous post, here are my finished little angels that I made for Christmas decoration. The pattern was self-drafted and the whole process was hand sewing and gluing. It was very easy and fun,  it reminded me of my childhood when I made my first doll. Well, before I write more about my process let's take a look at the finished angels. I made nine so far... :) Pattern: Self-drafted angel wings ( I made two kind of wings, pattern number 1 and 2),heart (number 3) and halo (number 4). The picture below shows the measurements. Hello... This week on "DIY Friday" I decided to make things that I need and I want to make for so long. Pattern weights! Yes, I need them so badly to replace tuna cans that I use to weight my pattern :)   Well, look at how cute they turned out! And also, they were so easy and fast to make. I did all in 2 hours :)    Pattern: I followed tutorial and free pattern from Tea Rose Home : Pattern Weight . Feel free to check over the link for more detail. Materials: I used home décor fabric scrap, thread and rice for filling. Sewing process: I download the pattern and cut the fabric. I cut 8 pieces but in the end I made 7 because I run out of rice :( Here is my fabric pieces after I cut them, After I have all the fabric pieces, I sew them according to the instructions. Hello... I made two kind of oreo bites two days ago, one covered with dark chocolate and the other covered with white chocolate. Both were easy to make and delicious. And then I remembered that I need some goodie bag to put them. I searched inside my kitchen drawer and I couldn't find any. I was thinking to buy in the supermarket nearby but I decided that I need to make myself. I have a lot of scrap and it will be a good idea to use them... And also, as we are in Christmas season, I added Christmas tree felt decoration in it. Hello... I hope you all had a lovely weekend :) I am late for my DIY Friday post this week because I was busy with a lot of things. I was preparing the post in Friday afternoon but I couldn't finish it. So, only today I manage to sit in front of my computer and continue writing the post :) I love making tote bag. In the previous time, I made several in different colors and shapes. I used some for myself and I gave some to close friends and family. And this time I made tote bag for my son Eduardo to put his stuff (blanket and pillow) to take to school. I was thinking that this tote bag will look nicer/cuter if I put some sticker in it.
