DIY Boy Doll

Hello everyone.. I made this doll for my younger son, Eduardo and the best thing is he loves it! :) He was watching me sewing the doll and took the doll from my hand as soon as I finished. The funny thing is he named the doll Eduardo :) Pattern: Boy fabric doll from Make It And Love It . The pattern is free with easy step by step tutorial. Materials: White cotton, red knit cotton, gingham fabric, dark brown polyester felt, button, polyester stuffing and threads The sewing process was really fun and relaxing. I cut the fabrics and sew according to the Ashley tutorial. And here is my doll in progress before I sew the pieces together and stuff it, Well, after I made the boy doll, I feel like to make two more - boy and girl. Stuffed Elephant Toys And I Won A Giveaway

Hello everyone, Look what I've made! Two very cute stuffed elephant toys for my DS :-)      Pattern     : free elephant toy pattern from stitchcraftcreate.co.uk Materials : I used two fabric scraps from stash - both of them are printed cotton, fusible interfacing for the ears, polyester stuffing, buttons for the eyes and threads. The sewing process is very fast and enjoyable, I did two of them in two hours. The only tricky part is hand sewn the elephant body but the rest is so easy. Here is a picture of my sewing in progress, a. My fabrics after cutting b. Sew  all the edges according to the instructions c. Turn it inside out d. Stuffed with polyester stuffing and ready for hand sewing the opening area, done! Fabric Easter Eggs

Hi everyone, Easter is almost here and today I finally finished my Easter eggs. They look really delicious but I can not eat them :-) I wanted to make it since the beginning of the month but time always flies - oh well that's life! I didn't sew any garments during this past two weeks but I have time to clean up my sewing space and separate some of the fabrics that I want to sew on the next couple weeks. Beside that, I also worked on the blog, if you noticed - I changed the blog header and organized my pages tab. I think it looks nicer now :-) Well, I am not going to bore you more with explanations.  Now I am going to show you my delicious Easter eggs, For the materials - I used my fabric scraps from stash, polyester stuffing and threads.
